Models 1 was founded 1n 1968 with just three models on its books. Now in its fortieth year, the Company has grown to become the largest and most successful agency in Europe and one of the top and most respected agencies in the world.Reputation
The company developed its reputation by discovering and helping to build the careers of girls and boys who have achieved enormous success and international fame. Among the many models represented are the likes of Yasmin Le Bon, Will Chalker, Andrew Cooper and Tom Warren, Linda Evangelista, Twiggy and current phenomenon, and Model of the Year, Agyness Deyn.Operating Divisions
Models 1 operates through five divisions. In addition to Women and Men are: The New Faces division, responsible for finding new models and giving them the best guidance to get their careers off to the best possible start before graduating to the main boards. Personal management is a tailor made division encompassing Classic Women and Special Bookings. Classic Women boasts one of the best board worldwide and represents classic models such as Angie Hill whose Garnier Ultra Lift campaign is now in it's 4th year and Heather Stewart White who has the new Clarins campaign. Alongside are celebrities who include such renowned names as Twiggy, Marie Helvin, Joanna Lumley, Patsy Kensit, Leah Wood and many more. Personal Management is exactly what we offer to each model. The Creative Division was launched in 2002 and represents London's leading hair& make-up artists, fashion stylists and photographer Mike Owen. The division has over 20 artists including hairstylist Kathleen Bray, make-up artist Sara Raeburn & fashion stylist Steph Wilson.Clients
Models I works with some 1200 different clients every year, from a database of 7000. The Company works with haute couture to in-house shows, with Vogue to ID. With high street retailers including M&S, Next and Top Shop. With brands as diverse as Gucci, Calvin Klein and Prada to Pantene and Peugeot. With advertising agencies around the world for TV and print, for posters and below-the-line. With PR companies, video, pop promos and mail order. With the BBC, MTV and ITV. Models 1 is able to satisfy nearly every brief, and, whether the budget is large or small, the Company mission is to succeed for the client and with any brief.Philosophy
